Eligibility

3. Main Promotional Period: The Main Promotional Period opens at 09:00 BST on 01.05.24 - 23.59 BST 01.09.24. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotional Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw.
4. Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period: There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 16.10.24 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 02.09.24. and 23:59 on 13.10.24. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will not be accepted.

How to enter:

2. Entrants are required to visit www.seabrookseaside.co.uk and provide the unique code found inside of promotional packs, along with full name, mobile telephone number and valid email address (which is accessible throughout the promotion) during the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period.
3. The unique code can be found inside packs, printed on the back side (inside) of the front panel and is 8 digits long. All valid entries will be eligible for the corresponding prize draw during the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period.
4. During the Main Promotional Period entrants can only: Enter once per person per week (Wednesday to Tuesday) and win a maximum of one prize;
5. During the Wrap Up Promotional Period entrants can only: Enter once per person per week and win a maximum of one prize.
6. Entry requires the purchase of a promotional Multipack or Snack Bag of Seabrook from major retailers as outlined above during the Promotional Periods. Please keep packaging and proof of purchase dated within the Promotional Periods and prior to date of entry for each individual entry, as they will be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note receipts must pre-date the entry and purchases must be made during the Promotional Periods.
7. Each promotional code in Multipacks and in Snack Bags are unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
8. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
9. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
10. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who made an entry on some else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion.

Prizes

1. Prize Draws: There are 10 x prizes to be won during the Main Promotional Period in 10 x prize draws, 1 x prize per draw:

• 10 x Seaside Adventure Breaks for winner and three guests (2x adults and 2x under-16s). Winners will be able to choose from a selection of 6 different locations. Seaside Adventure Breaks must be booked and completed with 12 months of prize acceptance. See Clause 18 for further details and terms and conditions.

1. Wrap Up Draw prizes: There are 5 x £50 Go Ape Gift Cards to be won in the Wrap Up Draw. See Clause 19 for further details and terms and conditions.

Go Ape £50 Gift Card

Go Ape Gift Cards are subject to Go Ape's own terms and conditions which can be found here: Go Ape | Zipline & Treetop Adventures | Gift Cards. Gift Cards are valid for Treetop Adventure and Treetop Journey courses across the country.

No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative to a prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

1. All eligible entrants during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the corresponding weekly or monthly draw for a chance to win 1 of 10 Seaside Adventure Weekend Breaks. The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process on the dates provided below. All draws will be made on the Friday following each week of the Main Promotional Period, commencing 01.05.24 and ending 01.09.24. 1. Winners will be notified by SMS to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date. This SMS will include a URN to quote when they claim their prize. The winners will be required to respond with URN and upload proof of purchase and image of unique code to the email address supplied upon entry at [www.seabrookseaside.co.uk](http://www.seabrookseaside.co.uk) and must confirm acceptance of their prize and proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) to verify age within 14 days of initial contact. County of residence will be requested from Seaside Adventure Break prize winners for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and packaging in the event that they are needed for further verification. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of initial contact, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice after which any remaining prizes will be deemed forfeited. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner. Upon validation of win, winners will be able to liaise with the Prize Provider to select their preferred Adventure, Break and make the booking. Winners must book and take their break within 12 months of initial contact being made

Wrap Up Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim:

1. Winners of the 5 x £50 Go Ape Gift Cards will be randomly drawn by computer process from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw period on 16.10.24.. A redraw is held if the original winner previously won a wrap up draw prize.
2. Winners will be contacted via SMS to the mobile number used on entry by 30.10.24 and will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize, eligibility and confirm email address within 14 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, are ineligible or reject their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. The process will repeat twice and if a prize is not claimed after this process, the prize will be null and void. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their connections to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Upon receipt of a valid claim and after the completion of the verification process, prize winners will be receive their prize via email within 28 days.

Seabrook Seaside Pass (Powered by Kids Pass)

1. All entrants during the Main Promotional Period and Wrap Up Draw Period will also be eligible to claim 30 days access to the Seabrook Seaside Pass offering discounted rates on seaside attractions. Following entry, all entrants will be shown a unique URL code on-screen to claim their 30 days access instantly by clicking the link provided, the code will also be emailed to the email address supplied at point of entry on www.seabrookseaside.co.uk for use at a later date.
2. One valid claim per person per 30 days. If you already have a live seaside pass, a new entry will trigger your seaside pass to renew so you have 30 days from the date of your most recent entry.
3. One claim per valid entry. The 30 day period will commence on completion of first valid entry and will renew with every subsequent valid entry.
4. Once you have successfully completed the registration process which requires the URN, email address and a password, a welcome email will be sent to the address supplied at point of entry at <www.seabrookseaside.co.uk> confirming your registration has been successful. It is your responsibility to check any junk/spam folders in your email account to ensure that you are in receipt of all relevant communications;
5. Customers will be able to claim their 30 days access until BST 23:59 on 13.10.24
6. Customers who do not give complete and accurate details when making their claim, or those who make or attempt to make a claim in someone else's name will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion,
7. Incomplete, inaccurate or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims not successfully made on time or at all due to a technical fault of any kind or due to any reason beyond its control. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting further information from the customer (which they must provide within 28 days of such request) including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address, contact telephone number and identity details. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any claim or withdraw access entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's claim requirements.

Free 30 days to Seabrook Seaside Pass Terms and Conditions (Powered by Kids Pass)

1. The unique promotional code has no cash value and is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the unique promotional code for value.
2. The free 30 days digital access is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative is offered.
3. You and anyone accompanying you to any of the attractions visited using your free 30 days access will be solely responsible for any costs or expenses which may be incurred when you claim your free X-month access or visit any of the attractions.
4. Free access to Seabrooks Seaside Adventure's portal is valid from 30 days from the date on which you make your claim (provided that you must submit your claim and complete the registration process in accordance with Clause 6) by no later than 13.10.24
5. Always check opening dates and times before your intended visit on the relevant attraction website.
6. Certain attractions or features shown on the promotional materials are not necessarily available.
7. Please note that some attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy.
8. Size, height, weight, age and other restrictions and medical warnings apply at certain attractions. It is your responsibility to check whether any such restrictions or warnings apply.
9. All attraction information is subject to change; please check the relevant attraction website(s) before your visit for the latest information.
10. Entry into any participating attraction will be subject to the individual attraction's terms and conditions of entry from time to time.

By claiming your free 30 days access via the Website, you warrant that:

1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old;

2. You will be financially responsible for all of your use of our site as well as for use of your account by others including but without limitation minors (under 18 years old) living with you, who you will supervise in their use of our site under your name or account;

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

7. Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. The Promotor or supplier have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

2. As a claimant, you will be granted access to offers on the Website or app where you can search for available offers and discounts. The discounts provided will vary and you should check the details of each attraction/restaurant for details of how to redeem the specific offer before going. Some attractions will require you to make a pre-booking or ask for a printed voucher on entry. Pre-bookings can be made online where available or by telephone. Please note that we shall not be liable for any delay resulting out of the postage of tickets purchased online.
3. On occasion, the Supplier or Promoter may remove or amend offers or promotions provided by their Partners. The supplier will use reasonable endeavours to replace them although they shall have no liability for any such withdrawals or changes to the availability of an offer.

Who is eligible to enter?

This Promotion is only open to GB residents, aged 18 years or over. Excludes employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Calbee Foods UK Ltd.

How long is the promotional period?

The main promotion opens at 09.00 BST time on 01.05.24 and closes for qualifying purchases at 23:59 BST on 01.09.24. Purchases must be made, and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Entries received after the Main Promotional Period closing date will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw.

There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 16.10.24 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 02.09.24 and 23:59 on 13.10.24. All entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Period will be ineligible and will not be entered into the draw.

How do I claim my prize?

You'll need to follow the instructions in the text message you receive. This will ask you to email us within 14 days to confirm your personal details and attach a photograph of your receipt and promotional packaging. We'll then email or call you to arrange your prize. Please make sure you reply within 14 days, otherwise you may not be able to claim your prize.

How many times can I enter?

Only one email address and one mobile number may be used to enter per person. Maximum of 1 entry per week per person across both the main promotional period and wrap up draw period.
